🕒 30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To qualify, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Start your return by emailing support@findoraz.com. Once approved, we’ll email you a return label and clear instructions.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
💥 Damaged or Wrong Items
Received the wrong item or something damaged? Contact us immediately at support@findoraz.com with photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate it and send a replacement or issue a refund as fast as possible.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety or hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
