Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) after payment.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

POD (Print-on-Demand) Items

Made-to-order printed items (POD) require production time before shipping. Estimated delivery windows:

3–16 business days

Canada, UK, Australia

10–28 business days

  • POD items may ship separately from the rest of your order.
  • Production & shipping times vary by product type and fulfillment partner.

These ranges reflect production + transit. As with all shipments, carrier or customs delays can extend delivery.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply — see the banner at the top of our site for current offers.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed once the carrier picks up your package.
  • Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the number.
  • If you don’t receive tracking within 5 days of purchase, email support@findoraz.com.

Address Changes

  • Please enter your address accurately at checkout.
  • If something’s wrong, contact us within 12 hours at support@findoraz.com.
  • Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

  • We aren’t responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or customs.
  • If your package appears lost, contact us — we’ll help file a trace with the carrier.
  • Returned-to-sender due to incorrect/undeliverable address may incur reshipping costs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to duties/taxes not included in product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Pricing & Sales Tax

  • We do not charge additional sales tax at checkout.
  • Pricing displayed is final.
  • No hidden fees. Taxes are included where required by law.
